Submission Guidelines
We’re proud to support and promote the events and activities of our Chamber members. To help ensure fair visibility and the greatest benefit to our membership, we ask that submissions follow these guidelines:
- Events should be hosted, co-hosted, sponsored by, or directly benefit the submitting member’s business or organization.
- At this time, we are not able to promote events that are not affiliated with a current Chamber member in good standing.
- Events that a member is attending, but not involved in organizing or sponsoring, are not eligible for promotion.
- Members in good standing are invited to submit flyers and event details for consideration on our event calendar, newsletter, and other promotional channels.
- The members logo will need to be clearly on the flyer for consideration.
- Please ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, error free and submitted with enough advance notice (2 weeks preferred)Â to allow for scheduling and review.
- The Chamber reserves the right to determine which submissions are included based on alignment with our mission, membership guidelines, and available space.
Our goal is to highlight and uplift the businesses and organizations that invest in and support our Chamber community. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping us keep our promotions meaningful and member-focused.
