Submission Guidelines
These guidelines help us provide fair and meaningful visibility for the businesses and organizations that support the Chamber.
01 Who can submit news or events? +
Submissions are available to current Jurupa Valley Chamber members in good standing.
Events should be hosted, co-hosted, sponsored by, or directly benefit the submitting member's business or organization. An event a member is simply attending, without involvement in organizing or sponsoring it, is not eligible for promotion.
02 What should I submit? +
Members are invited to submit event details, flyers, business announcements and other relevant information for consideration on Chamber promotional platforms.
Event flyers should clearly display the submitting Chamber member's logo so the member connection is easy to identify.
03 How far in advance should I submit? +
Please submit complete and accurate information with enough advance notice for review and scheduling. At least two weeks in advance is preferred.
Before submitting, please check dates, times, locations, links, spelling and other event details carefully.
04 Where could my submission be shared? +
Eligible submissions may be considered for the Chamber's event calendar, Chamber Connection e-newsletter and other appropriate Chamber promotional platforms.
Newsletter submissions are limited to one newsletter placement per month. Chamber Connection is distributed electronically each Wednesday morning.
05 Is every submission guaranteed to be published? +
Submission does not guarantee publication. The Chamber determines which submissions are included based on alignment with Chamber guidelines, member benefit, available space and the needs of our communication schedule.
Our goal is to highlight and support the businesses and organizations that invest in the Chamber while keeping our communications useful, relevant and member-focused.
