Jurupa Valley City Residents,
I would like to introduce myself, Rod Taylor, Candidate for State Senate District 31. First, I would like to state, I am not a politician and do not claim to be a politician. I am not financially backed by any political party. I am just your everyday citizen that just wants what is best for our Country, State, Counties, and Cities.
A recurring theme I am hearing, Sacramento is constantly overstepping their boundaries making it increasingly difficult for local elected representatives and officials to govern their cities. As elected representatives, you know what is best for your city, not policy makers in Sacramento. Its time for a
changing of the guard and put a stop to Sacramento overreaching. It is time to have leaders in Sacramento that represent the local level, not political parties, and not special interest groups.
My pledge to you, your officials, your leaders, and your cities:
To be an advocate for local cities.
To work with the County Supervisors, Mayors, City Council members, officials, and leaders to bring decision making back to the local levels.
To have an open-door policy.
To have ongoing open discussions on current and upcoming legislation Together we can make our cities safer, more prosperous, and better places to live.
Please reach out to me anytime.
Let’s make California better together,
For State Senate District 31
